FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Tarun Murali Mandadi is the President and Founder of AAUREX, leading the organisation with a vision to transform medical learning into something more practical, creative, research-oriented, and student-driven. He founded AAUREX to create a strong platform where medical students can learn beyond textbooks, participate in workshops, explore research, attend academic events, and build confidence as future healthcare professionals.
His role includes guiding the overall direction of AAUREX, building the organisation’s digital presence, planning academic initiatives, coordinating team structure, developing workshop ideas, and creating systems that allow students to grow through leadership, teamwork, communication, and innovation.
Through AAUREX, Tarun aims to connect medical education with creativity, technology, research, and practical exposure. His focus is to build a professional student-led medical ecosystem where members feel inspired to contribute, learn, lead, and represent excellence.

CHIEFS OF DEPARTMENTS
Afsheen leads the marketing and social media presence of AAUREX. She manages promotional planning, brand visibility, online engagement, announcements, and helps ensure that AAUREX reaches students with a clear and professional voice.
Pavithran manages overall operations by monitoring departments, coordinating internal work, supporting team discipline, and making sure every division functions smoothly. His role is important in keeping AAUREX organised, active, and efficient.
Sana leads the educational direction of AAUREX by supporting learning content, academic quality, student-friendly explanations, and knowledge-based initiatives. She helps strengthen the organisation’s educational purpose and learning impact.
HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS
Himavanth supports the education team by helping organise academic content, learning ideas, and student-focused resources that make medical topics easier to understand.
Khushi is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that inspire growth, innovation, and collaboration within the AAUREX education team.
Sai Revathi contributes to the creative direction of AAUREX through content ideas, visual planning, creative presentation, and medical storytelling.
Hafsa plays a major role in editing and creative media. She supports visual content, educational reels, design improvement, and polished presentation of AAUREX projects.
Guruprasad manages logistics by supporting arrangements, coordination, materials, movement, and practical planning needed for smooth AAUREX events and workshops.
Sybil supports the team as Head of HR by helping with member coordination, communication, responsibility management, team discipline, and maintaining a positive working environment.
Rifa plans and supports event-day execution by organising schedules, coordination, participant flow, and the details needed to make AAUREX events successful.
